Alison Dell
Assistant Secretary, International Partnerships, Department of Education, Skills and Employment

Alison Dell is the Assistant Secretary, International Partnerships, at the Department of Education. She has responsibility for Australia’s education-related participation in multilateral fora and bilateral engagement with key partner countries in Southeast Asia, Latin America and the Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. This includes co-operation with other countries, and supporting Australian providers seeking to develop education and research partnerships offshore. 

Alison has extensive experience across the Australian Public Service, having worked for over 20 years in key policy roles on high profile and complex initiatives. Formerly, she worked in energy policy and supply chains. She has a passion for collaborative approaches and driving excellent relations in international education.
