The Australian Government has announced it is in talks with the European Union about a possible Australian association with Horizon Europe — the EU’s premier research and innovation funding program.

To help researchers and staff learn more about Horizon Europe and EU funding opportunities, and what's ahead for Australia, the Research Office and Global Partnerships are co-hosting a half-day event featuring a keynote presentation by Mr Nishant Shandilya, Country Representative for Australia, New Zealand & the Pacific, EURAXESS Worldwide, presentations by Global Partnerships and the Research Office, and a discussion panel with UQ researchers who have been successful with Horizon Europe grants.
