Rachael Anderson

Rachael is currently on secondment from the Intelligence and Engagement team, serving as the Strategic Partnerships Officer within the Global Strategy and Partnerships team at The University of Queensland (UQ). In this role, she provides project support for UQ’s focus country and partner strategies, coordinates strategic funding schemes, and manages the flagship partnership between UQ and the University of Exeter.

Rachael has extensive experience of over 10 years in international engagement and events management in the university sector, previously working at the Queensland Brain Institute in the Communication and Events team.

Rachael holds a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Marketing and Bachelor of International Hotel and Tourism Management majoring in Event Management from UQ.

She is responsible for supporting an annual program of outgoing senior executive missions aligned with UQ's Global Strategy. Additionally, she administers the organisation and delivery of key global engagement events.
