Ben Breen

Ben holds a Masters in Applied Anthropology and Participatory Development from ANU and has previously held positions with managing contractors and NGO’s. Having a strong interest in community development, Ben has worked across a variety of areas including youth programs, capacity development activities, partnership brokerage and work for the health and mining sectors. Through these roles, Ben has been responsible for the provision of technical expertise, program logistics, tender development, program management, contracting, monitoring and evaluation, policy development and team leadership.

For the last three years, Ben has been Country Director for Caritas Australia in the Solomon Islands.
