Mohammad Badrul Alam
Badrul joined the International Development team in 2016 and provides technical, financial and logistical management for Short Course Awards.
Prior to joining International Development, Badrul was managing DFAT international volunteer program (AYAD and AVID) as well as Endeavour Scholarships while working for Austraining International (Scope Global) in Bangladesh. He has also worked as an ELT teacher and managed the ELT programs for Victoria University’s offshore centre in Bangladesh. He has extensive experience in international development in areas of project development and management, monitoring and evaluation, and appraisals of development programs as well as testings such as IELTS and OET as an administrator gained in international education.
Badrul's core capabilities are in project and programs management, stakeholder development and relationship, welfare support, safety and security management, multi-cultural integration, and monitoring and evaluation.
