Nitika began her current role with International Development in August 2021. She previously worked within a team as a Development Assistant since 2018 providing extensive support to the unit with preparation of tender for various clients, project activities and short course delivery. Prior to joining UQ International Development, Nitika worked as a Research Assistant at Queensland University of Technology and was also involved in various Australia Awards South and West Asia Short Courses as a Welfare Officer. She holds a PhD in Environmental Science (Queensland University of Technology) and a Master of Science in Environmental Science (Tribhuvan University, Nepal).
