Nadia commenced as Senior Principal Adviser for South East Asia at UQ in July 2022 with a focus on Indonesia for the global partnership and future students' international activities.

Nadia has worked in various public and private sector roles in Indonesia for more than 18 years. She has managed projects and institutional developments in the central bank and the anti-corruption body in Indonesia. She led startup companies in education, strategic, and business management advisory. She also has experience as a national consultant for United Nations and International NGOs programs in Indonesia.

She actively engages in women's communities in Indonesia and has a huge interest in capacity-building activities and institutional development programs.

Nadia graduated from The University of Queensland with a Master of Business in Public Sector Management program.
