As the Executive Officer and Operations Manager, Kelly provides key operational support, high level advice and project coordination to the Global Partnerships portfolio. Kelly works with the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Global Partnerships) and other key stakeholders to progress the strategic portfolio priorities and objectives of the University. Kelly manages the International Agreements and Operations team.

Kelly brings extensive knowledge with over 19 years’ service at The University of Queensland. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Management with a major in Human Resource Management from UQ. Kelly has also completed significant professional development in her areas of expertise in business strategy, project management and operations management.
