Elise is an innovative, collaborative and strategic Learning Designer with over ten years’ experience developing, delivering and evaluating authentic and diverse learning and professional development programs in Higher Education, the Technology Industry and Professional Services across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and Africa to achieve learner enrichment and increase learning outcomes. She has strong expertise in learner centred curriculum design, Universal Design for Learning, adult learning principles and evidence informed continuous improvement through learner analytics and stakeholder engagement.
