Steph provides executive assistance to Brett Lovegrove, Pro-Vice‑Chancellor (Global Partnerships). She has more than 22 years of experience across university, government, and private‑sector environments. Steph is currently on secondment from the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law (BEL) at The University of Queensland (UQ).

Since joining UQ in 2018, Steph has supported senior leaders across the BEL Faculty, the Gas & Energy Transition Research Centre and the Sustainable Minerals Institute. Her experience spans executive support, governance and committee coordination, researcher‑development program delivery, digital platform management, financial administration, and engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.

Before joining UQ, Steph spent 9 years at the Australian Catholic University (ACU) providing executive support across the National School of Physiotherapy, Faculty of Science, and the Faculty of Law and Business. Earlier in her career, she worked in government and private‑sector organisations, developing a strong foundation in operational coordination, process improvement, and high‑volume executive support.

Steph has a Diploma of Business Administration (Distinction), from TAFE NSW and a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Object Art & Design) from The University of Sydney, (Sydney College of the Arts). She is recognised for her technical proficiency, strong organisational capability, and consistently efficient approach to supporting senior executive functions.
