Arundhuti (Aru) has joined UQ's International Business Development team as International Development Coordinator, Business Development and Engagement. In this role, she is responsible for developing proposals for UQ's international development projects.

Aru brings over a decade of experience in international development and business development, having coordinated DFAT-funded and multilateral proposals — including submissions to the World Bank and Asian Development Bank — across Australia, Papua New Guinea, and the Solomon Islands. Previously, she has worked with organisations including Canstruct, SPS Facilities, and Accenture, where she focused on translating complex technical requirements into clear, well-structured proposals, connecting technical experts, donors, and communities. Aru holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an Accelerated Diploma in Marketing and Communication.
