- understand the fundamentals of Experiential Learning
- learn practical ways in which Experiential Learning can be embedded into teaching with a focus on innovation and sustainability
- put learning into practice to formulate their own plans for Experiential Learning activities

Facilitators
Roma Forbes is a physiotherapist and Senior Lecturer in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at The University of Queensland. Dr Forbes has led the development of a range of small and large experiential learning innovations in both the classroom and clinic which have been adopted by health professional educators around the world.
Carl Sherwood is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Economics at The University of Queensland. He has developed award-winning teaching and learning innovations based on experiential learning principles. His approaches have been adopted by university teachers in various other disciplines at UQ, nationally and internationally.
