Surfacing the employability already in your curriculum

Employability is the ability to identify and transfer the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values gained through experiences and learnings into different contexts regardless of discipline, regardless of the nature of the work.

Employability curriculum supports and crafts a mindset that is future-ready. Graduates will be equipped with behaviours, attributes, and competencies which scaffold the ability to create value in response to challenges and shifting opportunities and thus will put our students in the best position to respond to whatever comes. To be addressed effectively, employability must necessarily be present in all learning and teaching policies, processes, and practices and considered throughout the student lifecycle, from the very start of a student program through to the completion of their studies.
