Collaboration in action

  • Pre-clinical testing of The University of Queensland’s COVID-19 vaccine has produced positive indications about its potential effectiveness and manufacturability.
  • Australians who have tested positive to COVID-19 are being urged to participate in a global survey, to help scientists learn more about the virus’s severe impact on the sense of smell and taste.
  • The next critical phase for The University of Queensland’s COVID-19 vaccine is underway – with the research effort moving out of the lab and into human trials.
  • When he started his commerce degree, entrepreneur and adventurer Nathan Taiaroa had his sights set on being a high-flying CEO. This has certainly panned out – just not in quite the way he imagined.
  • The April 2020 Reintegration Workshops were delivered online due to the travel restrictions and physical distancing requirements of the current COVID-19 global pandemic. The two-day workshops, delivered in April, were interactive sessions facilitated by The University of Queensland
  • A landmark partnership will help to accelerate the future development, manufacture and distribution of a University of Queensland COVID-19 vaccine.
