Strategic international projects receive seed funding

10 collaborative research projects have been approved for $80,236 in funding in the 2021 UQ Global Strategy and Partnerships Seed Funding Scheme. A total of 17 eligible applications were received for this round amounting to $147,067 in requested funding.

The Partnership for Australia–Indonesia Research (PAIR) is a bilateral research initiative of the Australia–Indonesia Centre, with support from the Indonesian and Australian Governments, the University of Queensland and other leading universities. The Australia Awards Indonesia Public Private Partnerships (PPP) Short Term Award was delivered over a two week period in Australia from 23 May to 3 June 2016 by The University of Queensland’s International Development (UQID) unit. Change Management for Bureaucratic Reform in Indonesia

Delivered in Brisbane and Canberra from the 6 to 17 of February 2017, the Award program was delivered to 31 Awardees from three Indonesian ministries working in key areas responsible for implementing a change agenda. The course were designed to enhance the professional skills and knowledge of practical change management to support bureaucratic reform at both at the national planning level and within Indonesia’s National Development Planning Ministry (Bappenas).
